Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

All of the products sold on our UK site are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail when this shipping method is selected. Our shipping estimator at checkout will calculate shipping cost based your destination and items in your shopping cart. For Royal Mail shipping method, we use Signed For or Special Delivery shipping methods offered by Royal Mail for shipping witin the UK and AirSure for shipping within EU or other countries. These services has tracking available and provide speedy delivery with tracking for security and your peace of mind. You will have the option to select which method you would like us to use on checkout. For orders with Free Shipping, we ship using Registered Air (still traceable) which could take up to 20 business days to arrive* Some of the items might shipped from Hong Kong or Sydney.

  • The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, GadgetGear is not responsible if this varies.
  • Goods will need to be signed for. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available.
  • If goods are returned to GadgetGear because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers (we will notify you accordingly).
Returns & Replacements

Faulty Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 10 days, you can return them to GadgetGear for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number along with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receive the RMA number. Doing so will result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to GadgetGear. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. GadgetGear reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace, examples where we may refuse a return include, but not limited to:
  • The returned item(s) is/are incomplete or has missing parts.
  • Not returned in its original packaging.
  • Shows physical damage to the product not caused by transit.
Unwanted Goods: Within 7 days unopened goods can be returned for a full refund for any reason. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £5 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, eCheques, and Visa / Mastercard, Solo, JCB, Maestro payments (via Worldpay) only. Pick up, money order, personal cheque, company cheque, cash on delivery, and bank deposit are not accepted.

** Note:

  • GadgetGear reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the transaction will be refunded.
  • Purchases made by Paypal eCheques will not be sent until funds have been cleared.
