It is complete NDSL top screen replacement. NDSL top screen are more difficult to replace than NDSL bottom screens as the bottom and top half of the NDSL case needs to be disassembled. NDSL top screens also require soldering to be replaced correctly as the NDSL speakers are soldered to the top screens, the soldering required is fairly basic and should be able to be performed by anyone that's done any type of soldering before.
